Is everyone ready for NBA All-Star weekend? Well, let’s call it All-Star night.

Instead of holding its typical All-Star events over multiple days, the league crammed everything into one evening. On Sunday, the best players from around the NBA will hit the floor at State Farm Arena in Atlanta with the skills competitions and All-Star Game all taking place over the course of a few hours.

Skills Challenge

7:05 p.m. — After finishing as the runner-up last year, Domantas Sabonis captures the Skills Challenge trophy.

“Wanted to make sure I got it done this time,” Sabonis said.

7 p.m. — It’s an all big man final. Domantas Sabonis and Nikola Vucevic defeat Skills Challenge favorites Chris Paul and Luka Doncic.

6:55 p.m. — And here we go. Domantas Sabonis takes down Julius Randle in the first matchup of the evening. Then Nikola Vucevic eliminates Robert Covington to advance to the next round.

UPDATE: The NBA announced Sunday that Team Durant’s Joel Embiid and Team LeBron’s Ben Simmons have been ruled out of the All-Star Game in accordance with health and safety protocols. Zion Williamson will take Embiid’s place in the starting lineup for Team Durant.
